Dr. Alexander was born in London and moved to the U.S. with her parents as a baby. She grew up in La Mirada, California. She was a Pre-med and Sociology major at the University of California, Riverside. She went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She then completed her internship and residency training at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles and received board certification in Internal Medicine.
Prior to joining the Friends of Family team, Dr. Alexander worked as a physician for immigrants in Texas. She also worked in the Department of Health Services in Los Angeles County. As a participant in the National Health Service Corps Program, Dr. Alexander is dedicated to serving communities in need with efficient and high-quality healthcare.
She loves spending time with her family, especially her baby brother who is 16 years younger than her and following in her footsteps to become a doctor. She enjoys traveling and has visited Singapore, Dubai, Belgium, Mexico, United Kingdom, India, Tanzania, and more to come! Dr. Alexander also enjoys flying airplanes and is currently taking flight lessons to get her private pilot's license.

Dr. Bonilla is a dedicated physician who was born in West Covina, California, and has spent the majority of their life in Southern California. They pursued their passion for medicine at UC Riverside School of Medicine and further honed their skills during their residency at UC San Francisco in family and community medicine.
Dr. Bonilla's journey into the medical field was deeply rooted in their personal experiences. As a child, they played a vital role in interpreting for their parents and guiding them through the complexities of the healthcare system, especially during their grandmother's illness. This experience ignited a strong sense of purpose in Dr. Bonilla, motivating them to become a Doctor who could bridge the language and cultural gaps, particularly for the Spanish-Speaking community.
Today, Dr. Bonilla continues to be a compassionate advocate for their patients, driven by their commitment to providing quality care and support to those in need, especially within the Latino community. On his free time, he loves to plan his next trips, hang out with friends, enjoy new music, and try out new foods.

Dr. Salehi is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Specialist who obtained her Doctor of Medicine Degree from Shaheed Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at St. Francis Hospital, an affiliate of University of Illinois at Chicago. After a few years of working in Canada as an Internal Medicine Specialist, Dr. Salehi returned to the United States to practice Primary Care. Dr. Salehi is fluent in Farsi (Persian) and English. Her passion is to prevent, treat, and manage chronic disease.

Dr. LaCaze is a Board Certified Family Medicine practitioner who obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. Dr. LaCaze also graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science, Biological Science and earned her Master of Public Health Epidemiology Concentration (MPH) from the University of California, Irvine (UCI). Dr. LaCaze's medical journey is to provide care to the underserved and vulnerable population.

I chose to continue my education so I can help educate and promote optimal health for those I care for. My role, as your provider, is to help guide and provide the needed information to promote your optimal health. I strive to continue to learn and keep abreast of the changes in healthcare. It is important for me to provide care where you, the patient, is the center of all of the decisions. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren. I enjoy traveling, learning about new cultures and trying new restaurants along with dancing and listening to music.

Dr. Botros is a Board-Certified Dentist licensed in both California and New York. Dr. Botros received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University in 2011, where she graduated with Honors. After graduating, she further enhanced her experience by joining a General Practice Residency program at Nassau University Medical Center in New York, where she performed general dentistry in a hospital setting. She has also worked in several private dental practices and later became an Attending at Jamaica Hospital in New York. In 2020, Dr. Botros moved back to California where she was from. She worked with Western University of Health Science as an Associate Professor. Dr. Botros is happy to be joining and working with Friends of Family Health Center where she enjoys helping and working in a Community Health Setting.

Dr. Ongcapin is a licensed psychologist with over 18 years of experience in community mental health. She has provided mental health services to adults, children, and adolescents. Prior to joining FOFHC, Dr. Ongcapin worked at ENKI Health and Research Systems, Inc. as a psychologist for the Cal Works mental health program and also has experience managing a Wellness Center for adults with chronic mental illness. Her specialty is in providing psychological services to adults so that they can remove mental barriers to employment. Dr. Ongcapin graduated from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University and has a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Multicultural Clinical Community Psychology. Her interest is in working with individuals diagnosed with anxiety and depressive mood disorders. Outside of practice, Dr. Ongcapin enjoys traveling and watching marine life.

Diane Myers, PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with over 30 years of experience combined working in the mental health field as a Psychologist and Physician Assistant. Her passion for mental health has made her a key provider at Friends of Family Health Center, providing psychiatric assessments and medication management to a wide array of the patient population. She received her Master of Science degree in Psychology from Central Missouri University and her Physician Assistant degree from Wichita State University. In 2015, she received an Employee of the Year Excellence Award for outstanding service to her clients. Originally from Kansas, Diane came to Sacramento in 2017 where she continued working in community mental health. Diane joined Friends of Family Behavioral Health thereafter, continuing to provide excellent and thorough care to her patients. Outside of practicing medicine, she enjoys photography and spending quality times with her dogs.
