Dr. Akel is a Board-Certified Pediatrician who aims to practice evidence based medicine with a patient centered approach. He is well trained, completing one of the best pediatric residency training programs nationally at University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, and also well published, with contributions in the fields of General Pediatrics, Pediatric Infectious Diseases, and Pediatric Gastroenterology. He has also gained great experience working with the underserved patient population in Victorville, California.
Dr. Akel believes the best approach to patient care starts with full transparency and a goal to maximize patient understanding. He emphasizes the importance of not only staying up to date with current best healthcare practices, but also educating patients to make sure they make the most informed decisions regarding their care.
Dr. Akel is fluent in English and Arabic, and plans to practice in a diverse clinical setting that welcomes all patient populations.

Dr. Kavosh Rahimi, M.D., is a considerable and dedicated Internal Medicine physician certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with extensive experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine over the past 25 years.
He is a graduate of Yale School of Medicine affiliated Internal Medicine Residency Training Program in Danbury Hospital. He has taught residents in Primary care track program in Danbury Hospital. He was a clinical assistant professor in the department of Medicine at the university of Vermont college of medicine.
Dr. Kavosh Rahimi is a considerate and dedicated internist serving the community of La Habra. Dr. Rahimi attended the Tehran University of Medical Sciences School of Medicine in Iran, where he received his medical degree. He then completed both his internship and residency in internal medicine at Danbury Hospital.
Dr. Rahimi is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the Iranian American Medical Association. Dr. Rahimi welcomes patients who speak English, Farsi, Kurdish, and Turkish. His awareness of these different languages makes him accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Dr. Rahimi is sensitive to the uniqueness of each.
Dr. Rahimi is married with children and enjoys spending time with his family when he is not serving the community of La Habra.

Dr. Andrade was born in the Philippines but grew up in Whittier, California. She is the first in her family to go to college and to become a doctor. She studied Molecular and Cell Biology and Psychology at UC Berkeley. She is passionate about and committed to serving underserved communities because she grew up without access to medical or dental care and saw the effects of it on the health of her family. She enjoys being able to take care of any individual who needs it whether they are children, men, women, elderly, or pregnant which is why she chose to attend the number one ranked medical school in primary care, the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington. She then moved back to Southern California for her Family Medicine residency at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center where she did extra training in obstetrics and maternal care and was the Chief Resident in her final year.
She believes in the power of education and likes to make sure patients understand the care she is providing so that her patients feel empowered to play an active role in their own health care. She provides preventative services to adults and the elderly, HIV preventative care (PrEP, PEP), prenatal care for uncomplicated pregnancies, women’s health services like IUD and Nexplanon placement as well as pap smears for cervical cancer screening.
In her past life, she also tutored organic chemistry and served as an educational counselor to first generation college students interested in the STEM fields. She speaks some medical Tagalog and Spanish. She is married and has two young boys. When not in the office, she spends her time with her family and dreams about traveling. She enjoys concerts, comedy shows, plays, running, baking, and then running some more to eat what she bakes.

Dr. Varallo is committed to serving his community, he advocates and promotes health education classes for patients and is involved in outreach programs such as fitness and diet for the elderly as well as children. When not at work, he can be found golfing, playing basketball, cooking, and camping. Dr. Farabi obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from Michigan State University and continued on to her residency at the renowned University of California, Riverside. Before joining FOF she was Chief Resident Physician at University of California, Riverside’s School of Medicine. During her residency she had the opportunity to work with patients of all different backgrounds throughout Riverside and San Bernardino. She is cognizant and sensitive of patients’ personal needs and cultural identities. Dr. Farabi strives to intergrate her knowledge and expertise into her work in order to provide the best possible patient care she can deliver. When she is not working hard at the clinic, Dr. Farabi enjoys baking, cooking, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is also fluent in Bengali.

Dr. Murakami built her experience with disadvantaged populations during her years of residency in the Bronx, New York and at Indian Health Service in Lawton, Oklahoma. She understands how to prioritize treatment to those with little to no options for dental care and likes to form a deep understanding of their lifestyle and history as individuals. She is proficient in all dental treatment needs and enjoys helping her patients with education and prevention in dental care. Dr. Murakami received her credentials at the esteemed University of California, Los Angeles. She became very involved in community service as one of the Clinic Chief Coordinators with The Children’s Dental Center of Greater Los Angeles and through her work with the Salvation Army. She has extensive experience in dental education and awareness and uses this in conjunction with the best dental treatment to provide well-rounded, wholesome care to her patients.
